We love giving back to the community and the people around us, and specialise in designing programs that involve the broader community to provide our corporate clients with a more meaningful, uplifting and lasting experience.
We also believe that employees in not-for-profit organisations deserve as much training and development as anyone else, so we regularly donate our time and expertise to run the same professional programs we run for corporates.
Here is what some of our community partners and corporates involved in our more socially-minded programs have said about working with us.
Transforming Teams led an amazing day that delivered on so many levels. Our staff were blown away by the rewards they received in giving and the people who received were truly happy. We had a great time, were all safe and it made Atlas an even better place to work. It was good to get some recognition in the community as well.

Our Young UNIFEM Committee were fortunate enough to be the recipients of a generous donation by Nicki and Nadja from Transforming Teams of a whole day Leadership Training package. Not only did they give up their Sunday, free of charge (!), to run our training session but their interactive problem-solving challenges covered all the key areas we needed to strengthen within our committee; from communication through to understanding how to work more effectively with different learning style. All of the participants had an absolute blast and I’m already noticing the positive change that our day with Transforming Teams is having on the Committee- significant improvements have been made to our communication system and a number of new friendships have formed. Thanks to Nicki and Nadja- we hope to work with you again soon!

Activ clients had a great time being involved in a team building day for Atlas Iron, which was organised by Transforming Teams. Three of our clients with disabilities were given the role of being Team Captains for three different teams as they competed in a range of games and activities at the park. A lot of laughter was had and the staff at Atlas Iron encouraged the guys and recognised their role as Team Captains. Everyone had a lot of fun and we would like the opportunity to do it again in the future.

I think the importance of working as a team was truly highlighted and encouraged our team at the MS Society to continue working towards a world class organisation.

Transforming Teams conceptualised and facilitated a unique team building event for Atlas Iron which resulted in the production of the sensational book 'Wishes Come True', illustrated by Starlight Children and written in a collaborative exercise by the Atlas Iron Team.
Not only was the concept original and exciting, but the results were amazing. The Atlas Team walked away from the exercise with a product which will forever remind them of what they learned and achieved together, and some very special Starlight Children have had the chance to become published illustrators, with their book being distributed across Australia.
Starlight exists to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families, and this event gave this group of little budding artists a unique opportunity which they otherwise would not have had. Transforming Teams and Atlas Iron directly helped Starlight to brighten their lives - we can't thank you enough!

Without a doubt the team building event for Atlas Iron, organised by Transforming Teams, was an incredible experience for both the clients of St Patrick's Community Support Centre, and the staff of Atlas Iron.
The Atlas Iron teams were taught songs by our Choir and in turn taught our Choir a song also. For our clients, the event affirmed their value as human beings, as well as performers in a Choir, and therefore had inestimable benefits in terms of the goals of the Choir program such as building self-esteem and gaining improvements in mental health.
The excitement of all participants was palpable, and certainly it was obvious that the Atlas Iron teams had both thoroughly enjoyed, and been enriched, by the experience.
Other than clearly meeting the objectives of team building for Atlas Iron, it was an invaluable community education opportunity for St Patrick's.
An inspired idea, thanks Nicki, Nadja and team at Transforming Teams.
