Goodwill Flyer v1 (323 KB)
The only way to be the best Goodwill Go-Getting team and win the Goodwill Cup is to perform copious good deeds. Noticing opportunities to support others requires a shift in the way we see things, and in the way we think. Goodwill Go-Getters is a fast, fun, and fantastic way to initiate or re-ignite this shift in your organisation whilst giving everyone the opportunity to unwind, share some laughter and some very magical moments.
Plan, work and laugh with your team to ensure that the coveted Goodwill Cup falls into your hands. Take a look around: opportunities for good deeds abound. Before you know it, your team will have too many ideas, and way too little time. What better opportunity to practice careful task prioritisation and then run around frantically to get it all done anyhow? After all, you know that the other teams won’t stop at anything.
You’ll be given some resources to help you on your way and cameras with which to capture your antics, and of course, there’s the secret grand-finale challenge and prize-giving ceremony to finish the day.
Goodwill Go-Getters can be run stand alone, or can be included as an extended activity in any of our other programs. It is particularly effective in culture change programs to help shift thinking from "I" to "we" in a fun and personally rewarding way.
Half day Goodwill Go-Getter programs include additional challenges, and can be run as a mini Amazing Race with a Goodwill focus.
Fill in the form and one of our team will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
